Growing manufacturing company seeking an experienced HR professional to support employee relations and partner with leadership in a union environment.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with employees and union representatives
• Handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution
• Partner with leadership on HR policies and procedures
• Support a positive workplace culture

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR experience in a unionized environment
• Strong employee relations and labor relations experience
• Ability to navigate difficult situations with confidence and professionalism
• Bachelor's degree preferred
