HR - People Experience
About the Role
Stefanini Group is seeking an HR - People Experience professional to drive process improvements in Time & Attendance, I-9 compliance, Leave Management, and Absenteeism Management at our Chicago site. This role involves developing standard operating procedures, building capabilities for managers, and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
Responsibilities
- Drive projects to improve Time & Attendance processes at the site.
- Streamline and harmonize the I-9 process.
- Create SOPs and build Time & Attendance capabilities for managers to own and drive processes.
- Develop and standardize local processes for Leave Management, Time & Attendance, and Absenteeism Management.
- Work with leaders and stakeholders to drive projects and focus areas.
- Analyze People data and metrics to derive insights into trends and causalities, eliminating losses.
- Apply a root-cause mindset to balance immediate fixes with long-term systemic solutions.
- Engage and influence stakeholders to identify key drivers and enroll them in action plans.
Requirements
- Proficiency in working with People data and metrics, including high proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes of problems.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and influencing action plans.

Schedule
Onsite: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 40-hour work week.
