Key Responsibilities
- Process weekly payroll accurately and on time.
- Generate and analyze payroll reports using ADP.
- Prepare monthly and end-of-month reports for management.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Cook upboarding activities for new employees.
- Administer employee benefits and assist employees with benefit-related questions.
- Support compliance reporting and ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies.
- Aid in HSA funding administration.
- Prepare HR metrics and reports for leadership.
- Support employee engagement programs, company events, training initiatives, and special HR projects.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of payroll, HR, or related experience.
- Hands-on experience with ADP payroll systems strongly preferred.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll software.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR best practices.
Pay & Benefits
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
