Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify employee timecards for accuracy prior to payroll processing.
- Audit timekeeping records to identify missed punches, scheduling discrepancies, overtime exceptions, and coding errors.
- Communicate with managers and employees to resolve timecard issues and obtain necessary approvals.
- Process employment, payroll, and income verification requests.
- Maintain employee records and payroll-related documentation.
- Support onboarding activities, employee status changes, and HR administrative processes.
- Generate reports related to attendance, labor hours, and payroll exceptions.
- Assist with compliance reporting and records retention requirements.
- Partner with Payroll and HR teams to improve timekeeping and workforce processes.
- Respond to employee questions regarding time reporting and payroll-related inquiries.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of payroll, timekeeping, workforce administration, or HR support experience.
- Experience working with time and attendance systems such as Kronos, UKG, ADP, Workday, or similar platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in large volumes of data.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
