About the Role
The primary purpose of this role is to administer and perform human resources and payroll functions for the community in accordance with current acceptable accounting principles, state and federal regulations, and as directed by the Administrator. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and retention of employees.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Payroll and/or HR Administration.
- Working knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines concerning payroll/personnel administration in nursing care facilities (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, Workers’ Compensation, and Unemployment).
- Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate HRIS software.
Pay and Schedule
Full-time opportunity available. Shifts needed: 1st Shift, Monday – Friday. Program details may vary by location; check with HR for facility-specific benefit plans.
