Job Description Summary HR support for client group Leaders, People Leaders and Colleagues on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities. Individuals in this category act as the HR Partner of record for a client group. Responsibilities Job Description A first point of contact for employees & managers who provides leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs & HR processes. For use in businesses that are operating in the HR Partnership Model.Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy. Basic knowledge of related job disciplines.Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.Jobs at this level function with some autonomy but are subject to functional practices and precedents or are covered by well-defined policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).Uses some judgment and has the ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems. Has ability to prioritize information for data analysis. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or collegeMinimum of 5 years professional work in the Human Resources function with client-facing responsibilities including employee/people leader development and performance managementExperience in a large, matrixed companyMust live in Waukesha area and be willing to work in the office 3 days/week Desired Qualifications Ability and willingness to work onsite in the Waukesha office in a hybrid scheduleExperience working with WorkdayPassionate employee advocate who wants to make a difference in the organization by helping People Leaders succeedExperience working in an HR Shared Services ModelStrong customer service focus, with a high level of responsivenessWorks collaboratively; excels in a matrixed work environment, contributes constructively to team performanceApplies solid judgment ensuring integrity, compliance, and confidentialityStrong interest in innovative HR solutions and process improvement.
