Responsibilities

  • Fosters a culture of performance, feedback and accountability through performance management consultation with leaders and employees.
  • Has an understanding of the tools and processes used to develop talent including talent reviews, rotational programs, career pathing, etc.
  • PARTNERING WITH TALENT ACQUISITION AND TALENT MANAGEMENT TO ENSURE THE SELECTION/DEVELOPMENT OF THE RIGHT PEOPLE FOR NEW AND EXISTING POSITIONS.
  • DRIVES THE CHANGE MANAGEMENT PROCESS TO HELP THE BUSINESS NAVIGATE THE EMOTIONS OF CHANGE AND TRANSITION, AND ENSURES ALIGNMENT AND COMMITMENT THROUGH PEOPLE, PROCESS, STRUCTURE, RECOGNITION AND/OR CULTURE.
  • UNDERSTANDS THE BUSINESS AND HOW TALENT MANAGEMENT AFFECTS RESULTS. APPROACHES PROBLEM SOLVING FROM A BUSINESS-TALENT PERSPECTIVE.
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS AND ACTIVELY NETWORKING WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION BUILDING QUALITY PARTNERSHIPS WITH PEOPLE LEADERS AND TALENT AT ALL LEVELS.
  • PROVIDES DAY-TODAY PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT GUIDANCE TO PEOPLE LEADERS AND EMPLOYEES INCLUDING COACHING, COUNSELING AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT.
  • SUPPORTS FOSTERING A DIVERSE WORKPLACE THAT ENABLES ALL EMPLOYEES TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE ORGANIZATION AT THEIR FULL POTENTIAL.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or Psychology or related degrees. Masters preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years in an HR related capacity working in a medium to large organization. Experience as an HR business partner preferred.
  • Experience as an HR partner and/or talent acquisition, compensation, organization development and/or employee relations activities.
  • Ability to quickly process information, connect and integrate data into solutions and problem solving.
  • Attention to detail and customer service orientation.
  • Self-motivated, action-oriented and demonstrates a sense of urgency. Proactively solves problems and embodies a commitment to high-performance.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence others at all levels of the organization in support of business objectives.
  • Naturally curious and driven to understand business operations and quickly acquire technology and industry knowledge.
  • Adept at conflict resolution and providing feedback to improve performance.
  • Basic understanding of HR related legal and regulatory frameworks.
