About the role
Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Operations Supervisor oversees, plans, organizes, and supervises the personnel and programs in the Human Resources Unit. Areas of responsibility include classification and pay, exams, certifications, recruitment, performance management, health and wellness, workforce and succession planning, and EEO programs.
