HR Operations Specialist
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
About the role
Utilizes specialized knowledge to execute tasks, lead smaller projects or oversee specific components of larger initiatives. Addresses non-routine problems and contributes to process improvements by applying technical or professional expertise. Decision-making is informed by established practices and past experience, ensuring effective and informed outcomes. May oversee the daily activities of team members within a specific area, to ensure task completion, and coordinating with other supervisors as necessary.
Delivers high-quality People Operations and HR services across the full employee lifecycle (“hire to retire”), providing policy, process, systems, and transactional support to employees, managers, candidates, and People & Culture colleagues. Acts as the operational backbone of the People & Culture function, ensuring consistent, efficient, and compliant delivery of core people processes.
Responsibilities
- Provides centralized services spanning areas such as payroll, benefits administration, employee data management, onboarding, leavers, and employee queries.
- Establishes and maintains service standards, procedures, and workflows for handling people transactions and inquiries.
- Partners closely with HR systems, technology, and specialist teams to improve service efficiency, data quality, and employee experience.
Pay
$55,000 - $65,000 USD
Schedule
Minimum of three days per week in the office; some teams or managers may require five days.
