What You’ll Do

  • Aid in the onboarding process for new hires, including first-day orientation for both in-person and remote hires.
  • Create and maintain employee profiles in ADP Workforce Now and other relevant websites.
  • Conduct background checks and I-9 verification in compliance with E-Verify.
  • Schedule new hire training sessions.
  • Facilitate employee-led corporate athletic league and Corporate Social Responsibility programs.
  • Maintain oversight of employee inquiries submitted through the HR Inbox.
  • Aid in the drafting of internal documentation such as promotion documents, payroll status change forms, and employment verifications.
  • Update and maintain the HR Intranet page and post new hire/promotions announcements.
  • Generate and update monthly headcount reports.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as requested.

What You Have

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in human resources administration.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • High-level proficiency with Microsoft Suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • A creative and strategic thinker with the ability to contribute ideas to the team.

Pay

The annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $68,000. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
