Pay Range: $32-$34/hr • Duration: 6 months (potential to extend)
About the role
Manage employee separation and termination processes with precision and efficiency. Prepare and review termination letters and severance documentation. Coordinate exit packages and final pay-impacting data changes. Collaborate with Payroll, Time & Attendance, and other HR teams to ensure smooth processing. Maintain accurate reports and spreadsheets using Excel to support HR operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience in HR Operations or HR Processing, particularly separation processing
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas and report generation
- Experience with Workday and ServiceNow systems preferred
