HR Operations & Service Center Supervisor
What You Will Do
Lead the daily operations of the HR Service Center, overseeing employee support, HR transactions, onboarding coordination, and service delivery.
Develop and inspire a team of HR Advisors while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and exceptional customer service.
Partner across HR, Payroll, HRIS, and Information Technology to deliver seamless, efficient, and employee-focused solutions.
Drive operational excellence by leveraging technology, reporting, and process improvements to enhance service quality and the employee experience.
Ensure compliance, data integrity, and continuous improvement while supporting the ongoing evolution of our HR service delivery model.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent years of work experience.
- Minimum 2 years leading a high-volume HR Service Center, customer service operation, or call center.
- Minimum 3 years in an HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Service Center environment.
- Experience with ServiceNow and HRIS reporting.
- Demonstrated success leading technology adoption and organizational change.
- Experience with Lawson, Cornerstone, creating dashboards, workflow management, and process improvement preferred.
Pay
Salary Range: 68,996.00 - 110,419.00 USD
We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.
