Responsibilities
- Administer national parental leave of absence programs.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding leave policies, eligibility, and plan provisions.
- Provide guidance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve routine and complex leave inquiries.
- Maintain accurate case documentation and manage employee cases through resolution or appropriate escalation.
- Review and process leave paperwork while ensuring timely and accurate employee payments.
- Communicate leave updates and requirements to employees, managers, and stakeholders.
- Interpret and escalate leave-related policies as needed.
- Partner with HR teams and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure consistent communication.
- Maintain records and support compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented HR Operations environment.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience administering Leave of Absence programs.
- Customer support experience in a fast-paced environment (preferred).
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
- Experience in HR Operations, HR COE, or business-facing HR roles (preferred).
- Knowledge of leave and benefits regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and HIPAA (preferred).
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle sensitive employee matters (preferred).
