Responsibilities

  • Administer national parental leave of absence programs.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding leave policies, eligibility, and plan provisions.
  • Provide guidance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve routine and complex leave inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate case documentation and manage employee cases through resolution or appropriate escalation.
  • Review and process leave paperwork while ensuring timely and accurate employee payments.
  • Communicate leave updates and requirements to employees, managers, and stakeholders.
  • Interpret and escalate leave-related policies as needed.
  • Partner with HR teams and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure consistent communication.
  • Maintain records and support compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented HR Operations environment.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience administering Leave of Absence programs.
  • Customer support experience in a fast-paced environment (preferred).
  • An associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in HR Operations, HR COE, or business-facing HR roles (preferred).
  • Knowledge of leave and benefits regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and HIPAA (preferred).
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle sensitive employee matters (preferred).
