Professional Duties and Responsibilities

  • Works closely with the SLT and School HRs to contribute to the design and development of strategic approaches that drive organizational effectiveness and performance.
  • Supports the employee engagement and wellbeing activities by proposing initiatives and establishing plans for enhancement of the organization's culture.
  • Compare benefits and compensation plans, job classifications and salaries through data and cost analysis.
  • Conduct analysis of organizations systems to facilitate a service-oriented culture.
  • Analyse and support Job Evaluations as needed across Bloom Education.
  • Develop policies and procedures and provide a broad range of consultative services to all levels of employees regarding policies and procedures for Bloom Education.
  • Develop HR SOPs and provide a broad range of consultative services to all levels of employees regarding SOPs for Bloom Education.
  • Actively assist in the design and delivery of an evolving talent management and succession planning process for Bloom Education.
  • Provides consultation services in strategy development and execution, planning and facilitation of employee relations efforts.
  • Design, communicate and implement change management initiatives, under the guidance of the CEO.
  • Ensures change happens through implementation of strategies, projects, or initiatives and reviews outcomes of these and their contribution to achieving business strategy.

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies

  • Minimum of a Bachelors Degree from a recognized University / Institute
  • Preferable bilingual in English and Arabic
  • Minimum 5 years experience as HR Generalist
  • Knowledge of employee compensation and benefits administration
  • Highly competent in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Well experienced in creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Experience in handling employee grievances and conducting thorough investigations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Good communication skills in verbal and non-verbal
