About the role

As an HR & Operations Coordinator at Q2 Impact, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's growth and operations. Reporting to the Director of HR, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, employee relations, and compliance with HR policies.

Responsibilities

  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage employee benefits enrollment and changes
  • Coordinate with external vendors for HR-related services
  • Support the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews
  • Assist with maintaining accurate employee records and data management
  • Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Provide support to employees in resolving workplace issues and conducting investigations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in HR or operations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of HR best practices and regulations
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Pay

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually.

Schedule

This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working remotely.
