About the Role

Reporting to the Director HR Ops Americas, you will provide professional guidance, coordination, and support in effectively applying compensation administration policies and practices. You will administer and maintain various compensation-related data management in Workday (or other systems if applicable) and coordinate and facilitate compensation programs and initiatives. You will provide advice, training, and support to Tier 1 – HR Advisors, and liaise with the Compensation Center of Excellence (COE) team to support auditing, reporting, and Year-End (YE) Merit activities, including Merit and Bonus yearly cycles. You will also support the Talent Development COE Tuition program administration and ensure understanding of policies for HR, Compensation, and Tuition Reimbursement.

This is a hybrid role based in Boca Raton, FL, requiring three (3) days of onsite work weekly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide broad data support for Compensation programs, focusing on end-to-end process execution and tasks associated with Workday/Employee Cloud.
  • Conduct day-to-day HRIS transactional processing in Workday and other HR systems, managing complex requirements aligned with business hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with the Compensation and Talent Management COE to identify trends, process improvements, and automation opportunities.
  • Support all HR COEs in executing core, consistent processes and ensure continuity of functional services.
  • Lead or participate in Year-End (YE) initiatives for Merit and Bonus cycles, including preparing and submitting error-free EIBs to the Compensation COE.
  • Provide guidance to Tier 1 – HR Advisors or the HR Service Center (HRSC) during YE and throughout the year.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for HR Operations regarding Compensation policies and processes, participating in ad hoc projects.
  • Collaborate with HRSC Supervisor and HR Operations Americas leadership to introduce Compensation changes and provide training.
  • Liaise with Compensation Specialists in other regions to share common goals.
  • Create, monitor, and close tickets in the case management tool, ensuring professionally written and accurate case notes.
  • Adhere to HR Operations Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators, building relationships with COE, HR, and other organizations.
  • Identify escalation trends and opportunities for process improvement or new solutions.
  • Assist in improving communications and operational efficiency by recommending solutions and referrals to policies/procedures or SMEs.
  • Support HRSC with service calls or tickets during peak periods.
  • Execute and analyze daily, monthly, or quarterly compensation audits, providing feedback to HRSC Supervisor and Tier 2 Specialists regionally or globally.
  • Work efficiently with minimal supervision in a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; IHRIM and/or SHRM certification a plus.
  • 2–5 years of experience focused on Benefits Administration.
  • Knowledge of Workday is required; HCM focus preferred.
  • Experience in HR or Shared Services operations; multi-area HR experience desirable.
  • Familiarity with case management systems and HR Portal technology is helpful.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer service focus.
  • Process improvement skills and a comprehensive understanding of cross-functional processes.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel.
  • Six Sigma Certification a plus.

Working Conditions

  • Office environment with a fast-paced setting and frequent interruptions.
  • Domestic and international travel may be required from time to time (less than 10%).
