Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes for positions in the United States and support hiring processes for other offices and teams across the group.
- Cook with HR consultants, payroll providers, and external advisors regarding employee onboarding and offboarding, payroll, benefits, contractual changes, and other employment-related matters.
- Act as the main point of contact for employees in the Miami office, addressing their questions, needs, and issues and following up until they are resolved.
- Cook with the corporate People & Culture team with performance reviews, goal tracking, job descriptions, internal communications, and other Human Resources initiatives.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including supplies, materials, equipment, vendors, maintenance, correspondence, and facility-related needs.
- Support the organization of meetings, business travel, visits, internal events, and employee activities.
- Keep employment, administrative, and office documentation accurate, organized, and up to date, while monitoring invoices, expenses, and basic metrics.
- Analyze, develop, and manage the employee benefits package for the United States, identifying providers and proposals suited to the local market and, where possible, aligned with the benefits offered across the rest of the group.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, recruitment, personnel administration, office management, or similar positions.
- General knowledge of standard Human Resources processes in the United States.
- Experience working with external providers, employment advisors, or payroll companies.
- Spanish proficiency will be highly valued.
