About The Role The Manager, HR Technology at Envision Pharma Group is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving the company's HR technology strategy and operations. This position involves owning the delivery of the HR technology roadmap, translating business and people priorities into scalable, integrated solutions. You will lead a team of HR technology professionals, guiding implementations, optimizations, and resolving complex configuration, integration, or automation challenges. Acting as a vital link between HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors, you will ensure that HR systems support a seamless employee experience today while laying a solid foundation for future growth. This role offers flexibility, being based hybrid from our offices in Raleigh, North Carolina; Dublin, Ohio; or Fairfield, Connecticut, or fully remote within the US, working East Coast hours. The position is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging technology to enhance HR operations and drive organizational success. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)6+ years of experience in HR systems or HR technology roles1-2 years of experience in people management or team leadershipExperience with ADP Workforce Now and Jira case management preferredProven track record of delivering system implementations or significant platform enhancementsStrong technical skills with the ability to understand configurations, build workflows, and support integrationsHands-on experience with Power BI for dashboard creation and automated reportingKnowledge of data governance principles and privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPAInterest in emerging HR technologies, including AI, and practical application skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong problem-solving abilities with a focus on execution and delivery Responsibilities Lead and develop the HR technology team, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovationPartner with leadership to shape and execute the HR technology strategy, incorporating stakeholder inputDrive the delivery of the HR technology roadmap, prioritizing build, automation, and integration initiativesOversee configuration, testing, and rollout of core HR platforms supporting employee data and lifecycle processesEnsure system health, data integrity, and compliance across the HR technology stackDefine integration requirements and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) in partnership with IT and Enterprise ArchitectureManage vendor relationships, including contracts, escalations, and roadmap inputIdentify opportunities for automation and process improvements to streamline HR operationsDesign workflows and self-service tools to enhance efficiencyStay current with AI capabilities within HR platforms and recommend practical solutionsPartner with HR leadership to develop key people metrics and build reporting infrastructure using Power BIOwn the HR data domain within the enterprise governance model, ensuring compliance and data qualityLead change management initiatives to promote system adoption and user engagementAct as a trusted advisor to HR stakeholders, translating their needs into system requirements and process improvementsSupport the creation of training materials and communication strategies for system updates Benefits Competitive salary package within the range of $110,000 - $160,000Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plansFlexible work arrangements including hybrid and fully remote optionsGenerous paid time off and holiday leaveProfessional development opportunities and continuous learning supportInclusive and collaborative company culture focused on growth and innovationRetirement savings plans with company contributionsEmployee wellness programs and resources Equal Opportunity Envision Pharma Group is an equal opportunity employer.
