I am currently recruiting for an Onsite Human Resources Manager opportunity in Lancaster, CA. This is an initial 6-month assignment with the potential to extend based on business needs and performance. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary HR partner supporting onsite leadership and employees.Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, performance coaching, and policy interpretation.Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.Guide managers on performance management, corrective actions, and talent development.Coordinate leave administration, accommodations, and other employee programs.Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations to improve workforce effectiveness.Support organizational initiatives, employee engagement programs, and change management efforts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.5+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and HR generalist/manager responsibilities.Strong knowledge of California employment laws and HR best practices.Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, operations, or similar workforce environments is highly preferred.Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.If this opportunity aligns with your background and career goals, I'd welcome the chance to discuss it with you.
