HR Manager

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join their client's team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role is integral to creating a positive and efficient work environment, ensuring that both employees and guests have a pleasant experience.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate needs and wants of residents and guests, executing all requests in a timely fashion.
• Create an environment and execute service that is second to none, seeking opportunities to exceed expectations and build relationships.
• Collaborate closely with all Department Heads and staff to foster a welcoming, comfortable, supportive, and safe working environment.
• Lead by example, consistently conveying a positive attitude, passion, and pride in work.
• Approach all encounters with residents, guests, and fellow employees in a gracious, attentive, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
• Conduct all business of the facility as an ambassador with integrity and professionalism.
• Respect all stakeholders' privacy, perspective, priorities, time, and resources.
• Maintain regular and dependable attendance in compliance with standards.
• Interview potential employees for all departments based on needs and conduct drug screens, background checks, and fingerprinting after job offers are accepted.
• Initiate, assist, and finalize the onboarding process and schedule employees for orientation.
• Maintain current employee files in accordance with Federal and State rules and regulations.
• Provide guidance and assist Department Heads with personnel matters, ensuring policy and regulations are followed.

Requirements

• Paycor experience is preferred.
• Maintain a working and current knowledge of Human Resource and Payroll regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations regarding HR practices.

Schedule

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Pay

$22 - $26 per hour
