Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned business units, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Manage a wide range of employee relations matters, including coaching, conflict resolution, investigations, and performance concerns.
- Partner with leadership on talent acquisition, employee retention, engagement, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
- Support daily HR operations, including HRIS transactions, employee data management, and policy administration.
- Help drive organizational change by supporting new initiatives and promoting employee adoption.
- Build strong relationships across multiple departments through a visible, hands-on presence.
- Monitor employee engagement and partner with leadership to create a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Support a multi-shift manufacturing environment with flexibility to meet business needs.
- Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment.
- Strong employee relations experience with confidence handling sensitive and complex workplace issues.
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on HR execution.
- Experience supporting managers in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- PREFERRED: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
