Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support to managers on employee development and growth, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Execute TDW HR programs to serve the business with excellence, including merit, talent review, onboarding, employee engagement and wellbeing.
• Partner with and coach business leaders to ensure employees meet company goals and objectives and that accomplishments are celebrated.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Collaborate with total rewards, legal, finance, and other teams frequently to drive continuous improvement and solve problems.
• Provide leadership to administrative professionals meeting site and HR function objectives in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related area of study; human resources preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of HR field experience, including employee or labor relations.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or services environment preferred.

Skills

• Advanced knowledge of U.S. labor laws and employment practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships across various functions, cultures, and teams to positively influence leaders and employees.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in Spanish and/or ASL is a plus.
