Key responsibilities include: issuing resolutions, handling investigations, managing employee engagement initiatives, talent acquisition, HR metrics analysis, benefits and payroll support, and onboarding programs. Qualifications: 5-7 years of HR experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, preferred HR/SPHR certification, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources. Candidates should have experience in employment relations, conducting investigations, and consulting with management. Strong analytical, communication, training, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role requires proactive problem-solving, process improvement, and effective management of HR functions to support organizational goals.
