HR Manager
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee key human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, and training.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key advisor to leadership on employee relations, policy interpretation, and workforce planning.
- Manage the employee lifecycle and ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
- Support benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HRIS data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Lead performance management processes and support employee development initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building programs.
- Partner with managers to address employee concerns and support effective conflict resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- PHR or SHRM Highly Preferred.
- 5+ years of HR Manager experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office.
