Job Title: HR Manager Duration: 12 month Contract Location: Fairfield, Ohio, 45011 : $$$$/hr. Job Description The HR Consultant position works in partnership with the local management team in leading HR processes including total rewards, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, wellness, learning, organizational efficiency, and employee relations. The HR Consultant will support the manufacturing operations in West Chester and Fairfield, OH PROJECT MANAGEMENT Drives implementation of multiple initiatives to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives. Works closely with cross-functional teams and resources to achieve program and project milestones within established timeframes. Drives adoption and challenges standards. Leads other project participants.
