Lead employee engagement, onboarding, and retention initiatives. Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts with a focus on shop floor and operations hiring. Update and maintain the employee handbook and HR compliance programs. Oversee benefits administration, annual renewals, and open enrollment activities. Support employee relations and guide the organization through the full employee lifecycle. Qualifications For The HR Manager 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally at the HR Manager level. Experience within manufacturing, construction, engineering, or other blue-collar environments. Proven ability to build processes, implement policies, and drive HR initiatives from start to finish.
