Responsibilities

  • Directly or indirectly implements recruiting strategies for hourly and salaried employees
  • Develops and manages relationships with staffing agencies
  • Leads recruitment, selection, and offer extension for senior roles
  • Directly or indirectly oversees performance management practices
  • Manages the succession planning and talent management cycle
  • Maintains and monitors effectiveness of processes
  • Conducts Talent Reviews
  • Directly or indirectly oversees the development and administration of local and corporate training offerings
  • Maintains and monitors the effectiveness of training and development
  • Supports the development of senior roles
  • Manages all employee grievances and disciplinary processes
  • Could liaise with unions or works councils
  • Facilitates the annual merit review cycle
  • Ensures appropriate allocation of variable compensation
  • Liaises with group and corporate leadership compensation and benefit schemes
  • Leads, directs, evaluates, and develops a team of HR staff

Qualifications

  • Education: University Degree (or international equivalent)
  • Advanced Degree Preferred
  • Minimum Experience: 6 to 8+ Years
