Responsibilities
- Directly or indirectly implements recruiting strategies for hourly and salaried employees
- Develops and manages relationships with staffing agencies
- Leads recruitment, selection, and offer extension for senior roles
- Directly or indirectly oversees performance management practices
- Manages the succession planning and talent management cycle
- Maintains and monitors effectiveness of processes
- Conducts Talent Reviews
- Directly or indirectly oversees the development and administration of local and corporate training offerings
- Maintains and monitors the effectiveness of training and development
- Supports the development of senior roles
- Manages all employee grievances and disciplinary processes
- Could liaise with unions or works councils
- Facilitates the annual merit review cycle
- Ensures appropriate allocation of variable compensation
- Liaises with group and corporate leadership compensation and benefit schemes
- Leads, directs, evaluates, and develops a team of HR staff
Qualifications
- Education: University Degree (or international equivalent)
- Advanced Degree Preferred
- Minimum Experience: 6 to 8+ Years
