As an HR Manager at Kenco, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s human resources strategy while fostering a dynamic and supportive work environment. Responsibilities
- Coordinate overall HR and HR training activities at the site.
- Manage day-to-day delivery of HR services to distribution center employees.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies related to employment, management practices, benefits, and labor relations.
- Provide direction, coaching, and counseling to managers and employees.
- Compile and update HR data via the HRIS, including new hires, terminations, performance management, and payroll information.
- Maintain the structure, content, and integrity of employee files.
- Develop and maintain relationships with temporary and other employment agencies.
- Create and implement employee orientation programs.
- Act as a liaison between employees and Kenco Management Services regarding employee benefit plans.
- Train management and employees on employment-related matters, including sexual harassment, progressive discipline, and performance coaching.
- Monitor progress toward completion of training goals.
- Provide current reports to management regarding organizational structures and prepare various requested reports.
- Coordinate the annual HR Improvement Plan.
- Follow all safety and environmental procedures, maintain high standards of housekeeping, and adhere to safe work practices.
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to develop effective HR strategies, plans, and processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet business and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.S.) in Human Resources or a related field.
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
- Five (5) or more years of experience as an HR Generalist.

Travel Requirements
This position requires approximately 25% – 50% travel. A passport is not required but is recommended.
