We’re looking for top-notch HR Managers to provide outstanding customer service to our business leaders at distribution centers and regional offices across the country. We need people who thrive in a fast-paced environment, who are looking for a good challenge, and who are dedicated to creating and developing superior customer relationships. You’ll partner to proactively identify and solve issues, lead a team acting in both strategic and tactical capacities to provide full life-cycle Human Resources support, and work closely with business leaders to evolve and embed the people element of the business strategy.
You’ll take a hands-on approach in monitoring the pulse of our employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement, provide formal and informal coaching to associates at all levels, and manage the people impacts of organizational change projects. Your voice will be heard loud and clear in management circles as you deliver results in an environment where transparency and teamwork are key.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team providing full life-cycle Human Resources support in both strategic and tactical capacities
- Work closely with business leaders to evolve and embed the people element of the business strategy
- Monitor the pulse of employees to ensure high engagement
- Provide formal and informal coaching to associates at all levels in an impactful, collaborative, and consultative manner
- Manage the people impacts of organizational change projects aligned to the business
- Partner with senior management to proactively identify and solve issues
- Deliver measurable HR results
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 4+ years of work experience
- 5+ years of experience in HR with exposure to all major functional areas of HR
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Previous experience partnering with senior management
Qualifications (Preferred)
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification
- Knowledge of HR Metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Experience leading deployment of organizational change
- Experience with conflict resolution
- Experience with investigations
- Experience with data analytics
- Experience facilitating trainings
- Experience with onboarding
Pay
National salary range of $85,000–$150,000.
