Responsibilities
- Lead the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs that support organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and labor regulations.
- Partner with leadership teams to drive employee engagement initiatives and support organizational growth.
- Oversee payroll administration, employee benefits programs, and HR reporting metrics.
- Manage employee concerns, investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes with professionalism and consistency.
- Design and lead training and development initiatives to strengthen employee skills and career advancement opportunities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on all human resources matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of employment law, HR compliance, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to influence leaders and drive positive organizational change.
- Professional HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are strongly preferred.
