Key Responsibilities For The HR Manager
- Lead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and talent acquisition efforts
- Serve as the primary resource for employee relations and performance management matters
- Oversee benefits administration and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies
- Partner with leadership on HR strategy and organizational effectiveness
- Lead employee engagement and training programs
Qualifications For The HR Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience including leadership responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
- Experience with HRIS systems; ADP preferred
