HR Manager

Position Title: HR Manager A well-established San Diego hospitality and entertainment company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee human resources operations, payroll administration, employee relations, benefits management, and regulatory compliance. This role will manage biweekly payroll, lead onboarding and training initiatives, coordinate open enrollment, oversee performance reviews, and partner with leadership to maintain a productive, compliant, and positive workplace. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of human resources and payroll experience, strong knowledge of employment regulations, and the confidence to navigate complex employee relations matters with professionalism and sound judgment.
