Responsibilities
- Create and maintain employee profiles in Workforce ADP
- Manage full employee life cycle, benefits and leave administration
- Workers’ compensation management
- Employee relations oversight
- Enforcement of company policies and practices
- Process improvement initiatives
- Strategic guidance to leadership
- Coaching and training managers on employee performance management
- OSHA compliance oversight
- Coordination of the Safety Committee for all departments within production
Requirements
- 3+ years of HR experience
- 2+ years of payroll experience
- Experience with ADP and Microsoft Office required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
