Responsibilities

• Create and maintain employee profiles in Workforce ADP
• Manage full employee life cycle, benefits and leave administration
• Workers’ compensation management
• Employee relations oversight
• Enforcement of company policies and practices
• Process improvement initiatives
• Strategic guidance to leadership
• Coaching and training managers on employee performance management
• OSHA compliance oversight
• Coordination of the Safety Committee for all departments within production

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR experience
• 2+ years of payroll experience
• Experience with ADP and Microsoft Office required
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
