About the role
The Human Resource Manager is responsible for implementing processes and programs that advance effective recruiting and retention of the company's most important asset (the co-worker) within an assigned Region. This is accomplished by collaborating with Regional Managers and other members of the Human Resources Team.
Responsibilities
- Assists and supports regional efforts to recruit and hire
- Manages the onboarding process
- Promotes retention efforts through positive co-worker relations
- Participates in HR continuous improvement activities
- Supports compliance efforts
- Participates in HR department activities
- Participates in training/certifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or related field and 5 years of HR experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Professional Certification in Human Resource Management (PHR or SPHR) preferred
- Prior experience in construction preferred
