HR Manager - $100K-$140K - Upper Marlboro, MD
About the Job
Lead all areas of HR, including recruiting, employee relations, benefits, performance management, compliance, and organizational development.
Partner with leadership on workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational initiatives.
Oversee recruiting and onboarding for a variety of roles. Manage employee relations matters, investigations, performance issues, and coaching for managers.
Sure compliance with employment laws and maintain strong HR policies, documentation, reporting, and systems.
About You
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, benefits, performance management, and HR operations.
- Professional, strategic, organized, and comfortable advising leaders across all levels of the organization.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience in transportation, logistics, construction, manufacturing, is a plus!
Pay
$100K-$140K + benefits.
Schedule
On-site 5x/week in Upper Marlboro, MD.
