What we Need
- Strategic HR Leadership: Fully execute and lead key HR initiatives that support SES’s corporate vision; diagnose organizational challenges and implement effective action plans.
- Talent & Performance Management: Partner with leadership to identify competency, knowledge, and talent gaps. Develop and execute targeted programs to build a robust talent pipeline for future business success.
- Employee Relations & Guidance: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership regarding company policies, values, compensation, and benefits, ensuring consistent policy interpretation.
- Recruitment Partnership: Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to streamline hiring and onboarding processes.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Monitor and ensure all company activities and policies are strictly compliant with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR experience with deep expertise across core HR pillars (employee relations, performance management, talent development, compensation, and benefits).
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent senior-level HR experience/certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
- Technical Skills: ADP Workforce Now experience is strictly required; practical experience working alongside or supporting Payroll functions.
- Business Acumen: Proven ability to understand business operations from both a high-level strategic perspective and a day-to-day tactical level.
- Communication: Powerful and confident communication skills with a proven track record of effectively presenting to and influencing all levels of an organization.
Pay
The salary range for this position as required under applicable pay transparency laws is $90,000 - $100,000 USD.
