How You'll Make An Impact
Manages, leads, trains, and directly supervises a team of HR/Life Support Educators in designing, developing, and presenting life support and de-escalation training. Tracks students' progress. Evaluates the program's performance and revises curricula, processes, and practices accordingly. Monitors, evaluates, and documents subordinates' work performance; provides feedback and completes annual performance evaluations. Oversees the instructor network for all trainings, including compliance and quality improvement. Performs miscellaneous duties.

What You'll Need To Apply
Required Education: High School diploma or GED and 5 years' experience working as a paramedic in the field. Completion of paramedic program.
Preferred Education: Completion of paramedic program.
Required Experience: 2 years of educating/teaching experience.
Preferred Experience: Excellent clinical skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills. Excellent computer skills. Considerable experience developing, teaching, and coordinating educational programs. Leadership and supervisory experience.
Required Certification/License/Registry: Registered Paramedic in accordance with Florida Statutes. Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) instructor certifications from the American Red Cross (ARC) or American Heart Association (AHA).
Preferred Certification/License/Registry: BLS, ALS, and PALS instructor certifications.
