Responsibilities
- Administer and manage FMLA, state-specific, personal, and disability leave processes
- Support employees in navigating leave paperwork and understanding benefits
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and internal policies
- Cook up workers’ compensation reporting, documentation, and safety initiatives
- Coordinate ADA accommodation requests and work with medical providers and supervisors
- Aid in payroll processing related to employee leaves
- Serve as a backup for benefits-related inquiries and support open enrollment and ACA reporting
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in HR leave administration preferred
- Flexible, team-oriented approach
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate advanced systems
Pay
Total earnings for this position will range from $20.00-$22.00 per hour. Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as education, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location.
