About the role
Typically as an Individual Contributor:
- Supports OD&L Manager or VP for LoB / CoB - Assigned to a particular line of business of medium to high complexity (e.g. less stable portfolio, multiple geographies across different regions) OR supports OD&L VP in pan-Business OD&L activities, supporting OD&L processes and leading significant projects.
- Has large autonomy in adjusting objectives, policies and plans independently
- Total population typically 2,500+
- Reports to OD&L Manager or VP. Engages with Business Leaders.
- Supports Learning HR VP for LoB / CoB - Assigned to a particular line of business of medium to high complexity (e.g. less stable portfolio, multiple geographies across different regions). Leads significant projects.
- Total population typically 2,500+
- Team comprised of individual contributors.
