Job Summary

Instruct and develop learning solutions including ILT, webinars, eLearning, job aids, and blended programs. Translate complex content into structured learning experiences, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy. Apply instructional design and adult learning principles (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick) to create scenarios and assessments. Coordinate and facilitate training sessions as needed. Utilize AI tools to streamline development and enhance learning design.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver learning solutions in various formats (ILT, webinars, eLearning, job aids, blended programs)
  • Collaborate with SMEs to validate content accuracy
  • Apply instructional design and adult learning principles (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick) to build scenarios and assessments
  • Coordinate onsite training logistics and facilitate sessions as needed
  • Use AI tools to speed development and improve learning design and production

Requirements

  • Administer the LMS, including course setup/testing, assignments, access, and troubleshooting
  • Publish and maintain SCORM content; ensure quality navigation and compliance
  • Manage compliance training and assignments across different departments
  • Monitor completion, flag gaps/risks, and partner with HR/leaders to maintain accurate records
  • Produce reports and dashboards on completion, participation, engagement, and compliance using Excel
  • Analyze learning data and recommend improvements to programs and learner engagement
  • Administer LinkedIn Learning, ensuring availability, communications, reporting, and engagement
  • Support Alchemy initiatives and partner with HR/IT on LMS enhancements, integrations, and improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of experience in instructional design, corporate training, or learning program development
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (Workday Learning) and intermediate skills in training authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, etc.)
  • Knowledge of training and organizational development theories, and instructional design models, such as ADDIE and e-learning standards (e.g., SCORM and AICC)

Preferred Experience

  • Continuous Training & Design Certification or equivalent
  • Facilitating training sessions, workshops, or virtual learning programs
  • Using AI tools to support learning design, content creation, or training development
  • Supporting HRIS or LMS implementations, preferably Workday
  • Experience working in multi-division organizations, including corporate, operational, or retail environments

Salary Range

$83,800 - $108,929
