About the role

The HR/IT M&A Integration Specialist serves as a technical lead for HCM architectural alignment during M&A and divestitures. The role manages the end-to-end employee data lifecycle, including extraction from legacy systems and cleansing for Workday integration. This position orchestrates engagement for acquired associates, coordinating offer letters, benefits, and scheduling with HR teams to ensure seamless onboarding. This role also works with internal and external IT teams to ensure all IT requirements are in place and operational for a successful day 1 operation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end employee data lifecycle, including extraction from legacy systems and cleansing for Workday integration.
  • Orchestrates engagement for acquired associates, coordinating offer letters, benefits, and scheduling with HR teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Works with internal and external IT teams to ensure all IT requirements are in place and operational for a successful day 1 operation.
  • Maintain Intellex Readiness by auditing HR data structures for optimized use in advanced analytics and automated decision-making platforms post-closure.

Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of 4 years of HRIS and/or IT expertise, preferably with at least 2 years working through Workday M&A integrations.
  • Strong professional presence and the ability to work effectively with senior executives.
  • High level of proficiency in Google Suite applications, with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or other related field.
  • Foundational working knowledge of Airgas’ strategic plans and business model to facilitate effective support of Potential Transaction analysis.
  • Fulsome understanding of Airgas financial statements and financial analysis principles.
