About the role

As a Human Resources (HR) Intern, you will work on robust projects with real business needs that are vital to the continued success and growth of SC Johnson. Our internship program will allow you to build critical skills and capabilities and work collaboratively with multiple HR functions and teams to provide high-impact HR solutions. HR Interns have had the opportunity to make an impact on teams such as Employee Relations, Field HR/HR Generalist, and Benefits & Compensation.

Requirements

• Enrolled and seeking a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Labor Relations, Psychology, Business, or a related field with a graduation date between December 2027 - May/June 2029.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment.
• Available to complete the internship from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027.
• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 12-week summer internship. This position is not eligible for remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, technical, strategic problem-solving, critical thinking, time management, and organizational skills.
• Leadership involvement in various school activities.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Comfortable with risk-taking and big-picture thinking.
• Demonstrated ability to set priorities and manage a variety of tasks.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in a changing and complex environment.
