HR Internal Communications Specialist

About the Role

Develops and implements the communications strategy and content across the Human Resources organization to promote awareness of the organization's employee value proposition, supports employee engagement, ensures effective and consistent HR communications, and manages ongoing function of policy review and updates. Provides communications counsel to the HR leadership team. Serves as an active participant in issues management, interacts with multiple internal HR partners to drive relevant and engaging communications, while ensuring a coherent HR communication strategy is developed and administered.

Requirements

• B.A./B.S. in HR, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• Five (5) years of functional/professional experience in an HR setting, including two (2) years handling and/or assisting with HR communications and at least one (1) year doing policy revisions and or updates
• Two (2) years of general project management experience, preferably in an HR environment
