Responsibilities
- Aid in the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and organizing recruitment events.
- Maintain candidate records and documentation in the SAP Success Factors.
- Perform basic data entry tasks and file and organize HR documents.
- Upload, update, and maintain employee information in HR databases or document management systems.
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports and summaries.
- Support the coordination and preparation of onboarding and orientation materials.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely updates for compliance and other HR processes.
- Assist in other HR duties as assigned.

Experience/Education/Skills Qualifications
- Current pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business administration, or a related field, with at least two years of coursework completed.
- Minimum GPA 3.0
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral communications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with databases or document management systems
- Interest in recruitment, HR administration, and data management
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask
- A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute
- Basic understanding of human resources principles and practices, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management

Location
Portsmouth, NH, full-time in office, 9/80 schedule: Week 1 – 9 hours Mon–Thu, 8 hours Friday; Week 2 – 9 hours Mon–Thu, Friday off.
