About the Role

This role serves as a support system for an LCI team, focusing on communication, event coordination, and team assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Support team communications and provide assistance to team members.
  • Assist in developing and delivering team communications and updates (e.g., Exec Updates).
  • Plan, coordinate, and set up team events.
  • Execute tasks related to team events as needed.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Resource Management, Business Administration with an HR concentration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
  • Preferred junior or senior standing in an accredited college or university program.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • Regularly required to talk and hear.
  • Requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and crawling.
  • May need to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

This is a seasonal hourly position, with expected work hours determined by the hiring manager. Travel is minimal and primarily local during the business day.
