HR Immigration & Compliance Specialist
About the role
GFT is seeking an HR Immigration & Compliance Specialist to join our Human Resources team and play an important role in supporting our growing organization and workforce. This position follows a fully remote work format. This position combines employment-based immigration administration with broader HR compliance responsibilities, providing an opportunity to work across Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, business leadership, external counsel, and employees throughout the organization. The HR Immigration & Compliance Specialist will help employees navigate complex immigration processes while supporting GFT's commitment to accurate, consistent, and compliant HR practices. The ideal candidate brings hands-on employment-based immigration experience, strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear guidance for employees and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage employment-based immigration processes while delivering a responsive and supportive employee experience
- Navigate evolving immigration and employment requirements while helping GFT maintain strong compliance practices
