Job Description
Ensures the district’s staffing decisions comply with district policies and regulatory standards.
Reviews and approves job requisitions and job changes for accuracy and compliance and posts positions.
Provides training to managers on staffing processes.
Assists in recruiting, sourcing and hiring talent.
Deals with matters of a highly personal nature requiring a great degree of confidentiality and sensitivity.

Responsibilities
Attend and support with job fairs as needed.
Manage student teacher placement process.
Process displacements, non-renewals and classified reductions in force.
Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding process.
Assist in management of the Senior Employee Program.
Create and revise job descriptions.
Review and process all staffing changes to include new hires, change in FTE, add jobs, end jobs, and location changes.
Work with Human Resources Directors and School Leadership to ensure accuracy of staffing worksheets.
Identify staffing key performance indicators (KPIs) and compile staffing metrics for HR leadership.
Manage 110 employee process.
Prepare annual Board of Education staffing binder for Board of Education approval.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Work Experience
3+ years of experience in Human Resources.
Certifications
Professional in Human Resources - Society for Human Resource Management, Senior Professional in Human Resources - Society for Human Resource Management.
Education
High School or Equivalent.
Skills
Ability to exercise strict confidence in handling sensitive information.
Ability to work with limited supervision.
Advanced computer skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Workday.
Excellent customer service skills.
Operate and use personal computers, related software and equipment (e.g., printer), telephone.
Problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
Project management skills.

Minimum Hire Rate
$55,220.35 USD.
Annual Maximum Hire Rate
$69,435.49 USD.
Annual Full Salary Range
$55,220.35 USD - $83,650.63 USD.
