This position provides HR generalist support for Aramark Corporate functional staff and Centers of Excellence (COE), including management and administration of key HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Issue resolution, follow-up, and recommendations for corporate COEs, including:
- Hotline call response, investigation, and follow-up
- Corrective action and performance management consulting
- Policy interpretation
- Employee Engagement Initiatives:
- Development and follow-up of Engagement Action Plans
- Coordination of corporate engagement and celebration activities
- Talent Acquisition: Serve as the point of contact for corporate Accelerate to Leadership and Step Up to Leadership programs
- HR metrics reporting and analysis
- Benefits and payroll assistance as needed
- On-boarding programs and initiatives
Job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice to meet business commitments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources
- Employment relations experience, including conducting investigations and resolution development
- Proven ability to effectively interact, communicate, and consult with multiple levels of management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to train and make presentations
- Organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Initiative to improve processes as needed
- Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization
Qualifications
- HR/SPHR certification preferred
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Human Resources planning and organizational development experience desired
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent preferred
- Solid understanding of financial and business objectives

Pay
Salaried rate: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00
