Job Description
Responsible for assisting in the management of the following functions: employment, Policy & Procedure interpretation, day-to-day employee relations, and record-keeping/compliance for employee files. Responsible for recruitment and selection of exempt and nonexempt positions by development of effective recruitment strategies.
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resource management, administration, or other applicable degree program
- Five years progressively responsible human resources management experience
- One year of experience in an environment with a union presence preferable

- Demonstrated knowledge of Federal and State laws
- Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, and HRIS
