HR Generalist - Military Fellowship - Located in Lewisville, TX

Responsibilities

• Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters.
• Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
• Maintaining digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and records.
• Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities.
• Collaborating with outside vendors, upper management and employees to maintain corporate social responsibility standards.
• End-to-End Pre-Employment screening.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
• Efficiency in Microsoft products.
• Some work experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Active-Duty Military must be within 180 days of their EAS.
• Active Duty Must have command approval.
• Reside within commute to office and/or are willing to relocate.
• Hiring our Heroes Candidates must be part of a Cohort Class.
